75cl / 43% - A blend created by Richard Paterson to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the first written record of Scotch whisky. Just 500 bottles of this were released in 1994 and this blend went on to win Mr Paterson a special 'Spirit of Scotland' trophy that the IWSC were offering to commemorate the event.
