American Whiskey
Amercian Whiskey can come in many forms including Rye (51% Rye), Rye Malt (51% Malter Rye), Malt Whiskey (51% Malted Barley) Wheat Whiskey (51% Wheat) Bourbon (51% Corn/Maize) Corn Whisky (80% Corn/Maize). Unless blended to be considered one of the above the whiskey must not, be distilled to more than 80% alcohol, contain any artificial colourings, caramel or favourings. Apart from Corn they must also be aged in charred new oak containers.
