Distilled in 1988, this Highland Park was matured in an Oloroso butt for 31 years. After this length of ageing, the heathery peat smoke of the distillery is delicately entwined with fruity, decadent sherry characters. Bottled by Gleann Mor in their Rare Find series, this single cask is also presented at natural cask strength.

Tasting Notes
Nose : A dark, brooding nose revealing mahogany, teak, corinth raisins, liquorice, spiced chutney, chewing tobacco and hazelnuts.
Palate : An intense palate has morello cherry, stewed apricot and plum, date liqueur, praline, cardamom, and walnut.
Finish : Chewy oak and earthy spices last forever on the finish.
