70cl / 46% - A limited-edition añejo Tequila from Ocho, initially matured for a year in American white oak before being finished for three months in French oak casks that previously help Plantation 2002 Barbados Rum. Aromas of banana skins, cooked agave and dark chocolate mingle with orange zest, lime leaf and ground coffee on the nose. The palate offers notes of sweet honeycomb, spearmint, dried apricots, white pepper and melted butter.
