The seventh edition in the Master Blender Collection is a rum made solely using a copper Coffey still. This piece of equipment is known as 'Blue's still' in honour of Reynold 'Blues' Hinds, who served as Mount Gays distiller for 50 years. It produces a rum with delightful floral, citrus, and honeyed flavours reminiscent of grapefruit, wildflowers, leather and toasted cinnamon.
