Tasting notes: Amber bronze in colour. Lovely freshness on the nose, dried flowers, with sweet tipe fruits, pears, passionfruit and mango, also crystallised and dried fruit peels. Woody scents, undergrowth and a smidgeon of truffle, also some warm exotic spices. The interplay in the mouth is sensational, wonderfully intertwining flavours and textures and a very long, fresh finish.
