Tasting notes:
Deep amber, with wonderfully rich nose of manuka honey, first press olive oil and new suede. On the palate it is full in body, with runny honey, ripe plums and damson with a hint of orange creams. A medium dry finish giving hints as to the flavours added by the oak maturation.
