Distilled at one of Scotland's oldest distilleries, this artisanal small batch release is a worthy successor to the celebrated 1998 release. Forsaking more traditional ex-bourbon and sherry barrels, this particular vintage has been matured exclusively in the finest Chateau Lagrange barriques. For over 18 years, this marriage of French and Scottish influences has teased out the best of both areas adding a touch of finesse to a malt well known for its rich fruity character.
