Tasting notes:
A bacon-like smoke that works well with maltiness of the nose to give a balance that includes honey, lavender and sea salt. The palate follows through with a rich biscuit tone, big flavours of smoked bacon rind, bonfire embers and brown sauce. The finish leaves a spiced apple flavour lingering.
