Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco

With the popular explosion of affordable Prosecco, the more premium styles have come into the market too. Prosecco can hail from both or just one of the Conegliano or Valdobbiadene regions, which are known for higher quality styles due to more favourable growing conditions granting the wines a DOCG status. They can have ‘Rive’, which is a bit like single vineyard, and Superiore di Cartizze DOCG or simply Cartizze, even better single vineyards, added to the end to denote further quality.
