Distilled on the island of Hokkaido, Etsu Pacific Water Gin is an ode to the Japanese coastline. Juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander is masterfully blended with fresh water from the mountain source and sea water from the Sea of Japan to create a wonderfully floral spirit with spicy undertones. Delicious in a G&T or served on the rocks, garnished with a singular mint leaf. 45% ABV
