Floc de Gascogne Wine Offers

Floc de Gascogne is a traditional French fortified wine-based aperitif from Gascony in southwest France. It is made by blending grape juice from local varieties (Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, Cabernet Franc, Merlot etc) with a young Armagnac.

White Floc de Gascogne is usually fruity, floaral and honeyed, whilst red tends to be rich, red-fruited and a little spicy. They are traditionally aperitifs, but thanks to their sweet nature they can go very well with desserts too. Stylistically, they are closest to a Pineau des Charentes, which are made by blending Cognac instead of Armagnac.
