Fondillon Wine Offers
Fondillon is a traditional Spanish wine from Alicante, made exclusively from Monastrell (Mourvèdre). It is a naturally sweet, unfortified wine aged for at least 10 years in oak which gives it complex oxidative flavours. They tend to be rich, with notes of dried fruit, nuts, caramel and spcie. It is rare to find and considered very prestigious.
