70cl / 58.7% / Elixir Distilleres - A 1997 Longmorn single malt from independent bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a single hogshead for 22 years before being bottled in July 2020 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Aromas of pink grapefruit, black liquorice, honey, lavender and thyme fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon sherbet, under-ripe peaches, cloves, nutmeg and tart rhubarb throughout the palate.
