NMS01 is the first of Holyrood Distillery's Brewer's series of new makes.
Holyrood is focusing on Edinburgh's heritage as a brewing city as inspiration for creating the base building blocks of flavour. Here, Holyrood are showing how Brewer's yeast and Distilling yeast play well together. The ale yeast that's used is an American Ale yeast that adds a clean mouthfeel with notes of peach and soft citrus. This adds additional flavour to the new make.
