70cl / 63.9% / Elixir Distillers - A 2011 Glencadam single malt from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a single barrel for nine years before being bottled in July 2020 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Aromas of vanilla, toasted marshmallow, almond, shortbread and black tea mingle with blackcurrant and apple on the nose. The palate offers notes of grapefruit, spearmint, lemongrass and gooseberry jam.
