70cl / 46% / Gordon & MacPhail - A 1991 Glencadam single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill bourbon cask for 29 years, before being bottled in January 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of crunchy apples, coconut and crystalised violets fill the nose, complemented by notes of tropical fruit, black pepper, orange zest and fiery ginger spice throughout the palate.
