Situated in the remote Dyfi UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, Dyfi Distillery crafts every bottle of Pollination Gin from twenty-nine different botanicals, with twenty ingredients wild-foraged and indigenous in the valley. Produced by the highest standard London Dry method, Pollination Gin is crafted in extremely limited small batches, using pure grain spirit and locally drawn spring water. To ensure the sustainability of the Biosphere Reserve, production is limited, with each bottle hand signed and lot-numbered. How to serve Serve as a Gin & Tonic and garnish with torn mint leaves, bruised juniper berries and a twist of lemon peel. Alternatively enjoy chilled and neat or in a Gimlet or a Classic Martini.
