70cl / 46.6% / Gordon & MacPhail - Matured for more than three decades in a single refill bourbon barrel, this 1982-vintage Caperdonich single malt was bottled in January 2019 for Gordon & MacPhail’s Private Collection range. Sweet, floral aromas of honeysuckle, citrus peel and toffee mingle with fresh mint and grass, while the palate initially offers notes of liquorice root. Crisp red apples and dry oak spice emerge, as well as a rich, nutty undertone, before a sweet, floral finish.
