70cl / 43% / Distillery Bottling - The 2021 Distillers Edition Caol Ila single malt was distilled in 2009 and double matured in ex-Moscatel wine casks, creating aromas of rich fruit, aromatic peat smoke and warm spice that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of ripe orchard fruit, tart plums, rich waves of peat smoke and smouldering bonfires that linger in the finish.
