70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing - A 2004 Bunnahabhain Moine single malt from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill hogshead for 18 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of cured meats, seaweed and black peppercorns fill the nose, complemented by notes of earthy smoke, malted barley, rich peat, burnt toast and bonfire smoke throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
