Johnnie Walker Whisky
Undoubtedly one of the world’s most famous and celebrated blended scotch whiskys. Its roots begin in 1820 and soon flourished in the town of Kilmarnock and by the mid-19th century was famous in Scotland for it’s Highland Whisky. Now it sells over 223.7 million bottles a year globally and produces 16 varieties of its famous red label, including of course its black, green and now infamous blue labels.
Johnnie Walker Black became the most widely distributed and purchased whisky in the world recently, a testament to Johnnie Walker’s popularity and taste when compared to its other blended rivals. Aged for 12 years, the black label is a blend of 30 to 40 different malts, which give it a much more complex flavour than other blends.
