Distilled on the remote Orkney Isles since 1798, Highland Park is a much loved and celebrated brand with Viking roots and a similarly tenacious attitude towards its whisky. They use their unique landscape to smoke their whisky using 4000 year old Hobbister Moor peat, giving their single malts an incredibly authentic taste.
