Sea bass box. Huge portions - it took us 3 meals to get through what was supposed to be a single 3 course meal. 1kg mussels as a starter! The quality of ingredients was excellent.

Dishoom bacon naan kit! What a delight! The delivery was really great. I loved that the product was packed using mostly recyclable products. Specifically the wool insulation. A lovely touch and super in keeping with Dishoom brand. The cute labels on the pots were a lovely touch and were really reminiscent of the full dishoom experience I’ve missed so much! The instructions came on a branded sheet which again was a lovely touch. I do think the instructions were a little complex, however it included a link to a video where a chef made the product! This was really helpful - especially for rogue cooks like me! It really gave it a human touch! So lovely! It was a shame that the kit didn’t include eggs, but it wasn’t a huge issue to add your own as most people have them in at home. Another lovely touch (and in keeping with the Dishoom brand) was the chai tea spices. It was lovely to fill the kitchen with the aromatic spices of the chai tea. Beautiful. The flavour of the product was brilliant. I loved the chilli jam and would happily eat this with a spoon! The portion size was excellent and great value for the cost. This product would be fantastic when hungover. Or any time really! The quality of the bacon was good and the chef tips to make the perfect naan were fab. Overall the kit was excellent fun, not too much work and totally delicious. It tasted just as good as the Restaurant dish (even better as I made it myself!). Plated it looked great and super instagramable. I would 100% but this product again. I loved the branding on the product and the thoughtfulness of the concept!
