Not everyone appreciates crisp, dry, enamel stripping whites, least of all myself. I would rate the sweetness of this refreshing Vouvray at around 5.5. I just hope we won't see a price rise before i have stocked up again!

A medium sweet wine, with a slight acidic base; this wine is enjoyable with any fish or vegetables. Particularly good with cheeses.
