Tasting notes: "Pale bright lemon straw colour. A smoky savoury nose invites, then grilled pineapple, physsalis, pomelo and lemon zest aromas with grilled hazelnuts. Very lively in the mouth, almost dances across the palate with fruity, savoury, spicy, nutty and creamy brushstrokes. Quite a work of art. Lovely lingering finish."
