The 2007 Dedicato a Walter shows just how great Cabernet Franc can be in Maremma, something that is all the more remarkable here considering these vines were only planted in 2001. Roasted coffee beans, cinnamon, cloves, leather and minerals are layered into a core of rich, exuberant fruit.
