This grape was thought to have been brought over from Greece when the ancient Greeks settled just north of Naples. Now considered a native Italian grape, Greco thrives in the calcareous and volcanic outcrops within the hills of Campania, basking in the warm Southern Italian sun. Winemaker Meola Lucio has harnessed this natural affinity and made a refreshing white with ripe tropical and stone fruit aromas. These carry through to the palate, and are balanced by a mineral core.
