In the hands of multi award winning Cape winemaker Bruce Jack, the Chenin Blanc grape achieves extraordinary vibrancy and crisp apple intensity. But then Bruce is one of a kind - very characterful and hugely energetic, with two degrees in English literature, as well as one in winemaking from Australia's Roseworthy College. He's also had experience in top cellars in Bordeaux (where he was struck by lightning!) as well as Down Under. He named this wine after another free spirit, a Scot called Angus McLean, who deserted the army in South Africa and lived off the bounty of the sea, supplemented by the odd stolen sheep, and earned the nickname 'The Good Rustler'. Chill down this fruity white and enjoy solo or with chicken or spicy stir-fry.. Alcohol Units: 0
