Mornington Peninsula is a sub-region of Victoria which, in recent years, has been identified as arguably the best area in Australia for cultivating the classic Burgundian varieties. Made in small open-topped fermenters with wild yeasts and matured for 11-15 months in French oak, this is an elegant and polished Australian Pinot.
