75cl / 13% - Founded by Henri Jacqueson in 1947 this Domaine has long been recognised as one of the very best in the Côte Chalonnaise. They only work the vineyards manually, with very minimal vine treatments. On the nose the wine shows beautiful ripe fruit, tart tatin and buttered popcorn. On the palate toasty, creamy fruit with plenty of fruit. This is a really classy well priced white Burgundy that partners well with seabass in a creamy sauce or roast chicken.
