This is a light, soft Blanc de Blancs from fruit grwon in the Grand Cru vinyards. This Champagne takes on an extra richness due to a portion of the blend not having undergone a malolactic fermentation. The beautifully structured palate shows notes of brioche, honey and white flowers.
