We got a call from Nicola some months back to say they’re just bottling their first wine made with their new and very exciting organic Carménère. Blended with their top Cabernet Sauvignon (organic too, naturally), this wine is a tip of the hat to the grape variety that long left Bordeaux to find fame in Chile. But it's back, and with a bang. Full-on black fruit, herbal notes and rich in body. Cheers, Nic!
