This is a great Cabernet Sauvignon, better than you'd get out of Bordeaux at twice the price. It has concentrated cassis fruit and lovely freshness. It is almost crunchy, without losing any of the rich new world flavour that we all love. With its ripe fruit and gentle tannins we'd partner this with grilled lamb fillet, or a creamy goat's cheese and caramelised onion tart.
