Cuvee from Rothenberg, Pettenthal and Hipping. Harvest takes place in the middle of October in the lower terraces. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and after a certain time of aging on the fine lees, the wine is filled early in spring. The only Kabinett in the Gunderloch range is a classical, off- dry Riesling typical for the minerality of the red soil from the Nackenheim Rothenberg, Nierstein Pettenthal and Hipping. The wine offers harmonious Riesling fruit with a fine acidity and light richness.
