"Straw lemon colour. A smokey, bread oven character leads the nose, with roast lemon, shaved apple, sweet biscuit, also a creamy leesy note. This is a fabulously textural Cava with a full, rounded autolytic mouthfeel, excellent acidity and a sterak of mineral running through. The finish is long and graceful."
