Tasting note The Carte d’Or is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and Meunier with 20% Chardonnay. Fine and fresh, the nose shows delicate white fruit aromas. Vibrant on the palate, this cuvée has a subtle creamy texture and is very refreshing on the finish, with citrus notes. The Carte d’Or is the perfect aperitif, but can just as easily match a delicate scallop carpaccio with a drop of lemon and olive oil.
