Ben Glaetzer has long been celebrated among the cult, young 'rock star, set of the Barossa wine fraternity, but in recent years his wines have adopted a more relaxed demeanour in which fruit expression is prized above ripeness, alcohol and oak. This is particularly pertinent in toning the warm Ebenezer sub-region of Northern Barossa, where Glaetzer sources Bishop from 35-125 year old vines.
