The name is something Corey thought of while brainstorming (or surfing - depending on who you ask!) Corey and Megan Hall are passionate about producing singe vineyard, handcrafted wines. They are involved at every stage from the selection of vineyard sites through to the winemaking and tasting of their wines with others. Gem wines are about moments in time when you feel truly alive. Corey grew up around the beaches, orchard
