Delicate intriguing nose of citrus blossom, rose and iris. This is folllowed with delicious vanilla, crème brulée, dried apricot and figs, roasting hazelnut and warm humus. The palate is a perfect balance of superb eau de vie, perfect oak integration and wonderful captured flavours. Huge complexity of flavours and warm textures herald this as a fantastic example of how Grande Champagne can taste.
