Tasting note This intriguing white wine made from red Pinot Noir grapes is Mancini’s flagship wine; a style that he has refined and developed over forty years of experience. Made by softly pressing whole bunches with the utmost care to minimise skin contact and colour extraction, it is barrel fermented and aged, resulting in an impressively distinctive wine that shows wood spice and bright red apple and peach aromas. Quite full-bodied and not unlike a Côte de Nuits white, it is balanced and exudes a subtle herbal freshness. Country: Italy Region: Marche Grape variety: Pinot Noir Vintage: 2008 Bottle size: 75cl
