Everyone has heard of Argentinean Malbec, but Bonarda could be Mendoza's secret weapon. It's a lively red variety that is supple, soft and packed with sweet red berry fruit that makes for some excellent easy drinking. We love the Enredada as it blends in a little Shiraz to add some darker fruit, peppery spice and a little more body - and the result is a red with plenty of charm and a laid-back swagger.
