Tasting Note: A superb wine made using several classic South Tyrolean white grape varieties. Bright, deep yellow in colour, its nose is a complex interval of floral and fruit aromas. The fruit aromas follow through on to the palate, supported by richness, concentration, firm but mild acidity with a hint of vanilla. Food Pairing: Full-flavoured first courses, fish, cheeses and dishes based on white meats.
