75cl / 12% - The cellars at Drappier date back to 1152 but it was not until 1808 that the house was officially created. They keep true to the history of the region still working with the forgotten varietals such as Arbane, Petit Meslier and Blanc Vrai and work with little to no sulphur in the wines. 2012 was a challenging vintage with many of the grapes damaged by hail. The grapes that were un-damaged produced a wine of great depth with notes of ginger, almond croissant and apple.
