Pimentiers is the oldest vineyard and the old vines are evident immediately. This is a darker and more concentrated wine. No whole cluster is used during fermentation on this wine so its fruit is deeper and richer than any other wine from this estate. Deep dark cherry, earthy, and full bodied but like all of the wines made by Guillaume, there is a freshness to the finish.
