Gravians is one of the most stony and mineral laden vineyards in Savigny-Les Beaune and its pedigree is evident in the wine. The bright dark cherry aromas dominate but the minerality is evident, on the palate the small concentrated berries are brooding, with a high toned and mineral laden finish that harks more towards some appellations just to the north in the Cote de Nuits.
