A natural-leaning southern Rhône red that keeps things loose, juicy and unforced, built on ripe fruit and garrigue-scented freshness rather than extraction or weight. Made from organically farmed vineyards in the Coteaux du Pont du Gard, it follows a low intervention approach in the cellar, with fermentation occurring without the addition of yeasts.
