Garnet colour with purple shades. Rich and refined nose developing flavours of flowers and black fruit (blackberry, blue berry) entwined with sweet spicy notes. Rich and ripe mouth, with tight though racy tannins. Very good ageing potential. Food-wine matches: Game, Venison and Meat dishes in sauce. Service: 17- 18 Degrees C. Vinification : Fermentation in small temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Maturing in oak barrels from France.
