From our own bespoke production in Oz, Steve Grimley has produced another incredible Black Flag wine for us. This combines the cool freshness of the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale fruit with the concentration of sun-soaked Barossa fruit, resulting in a beguiling blend of finesse and muscle. And just look at the grape blend that's given the harmony we sought: the Bordeaux stalwart, Cabernet Sauvignon, married with the cornerstone of Port production - Touriga Nacional!
