Product reviewed: Billecart Salmon Cuvée Elisabeth Rose 2002

A salmon pink tint with golden glints and a bead of fine and persistent bubbles. It has a defined nose of red berries, fresh citrus peel and white stone fruits and on the palate displays a pure character and a burst of delicate flavours with notes of brioche and toffee.
